These days we're all advised to take some form of regular exercise - even a small amount is better than none, it can help to

• Help manage your weight
• Reduce Stress and Anxiety
• Make you feel good and give you more energy

Warwickshire County Council have produced a series of 5 circular walks that are easily accessible by bus from Coventry and Rugby.

Countryside Walk

Walk 3: Easenhall. 3.5 miles long.

Starts at the Golden Lion pub in Easenhall, and passes through countryside close to Hungerfield and Newbold Revel. Allow 2hrs 30 mins
